Born in Lisbon in 1977. He is one of the co-founding partners of Alves, Martins Braz & Associados, where he has practiced law since 2015. He has been registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2003.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2001, specializing in Legal-Political Sciences. In 2004, he completed his Postgraduate Course in Legal-Urbanistic and Environmental Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, focusing on Zoning Law. In 2012, he also completed his Postgraduate Course in Tax Law at the same university.
Since 2001, he has attended several specialized courses organized by the Bar Association and the Law Faculties of Lisbon and Coimbra, focusing on Expropriation Law, the Legal Regime for Urbanization and Construction, the New Regime for Land Planning Instruments, the New Administrative Litigation, and the New Urban Lease Regime, among others.
Born in Lisbon in 1982. He is a founding partner of Alves, Martins Braz & Associados. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2004, specializing in Legal-Political Sciences.
He began his legal career in Lisbon before completing his law degree. He gained professional experience in several law firms, including Lima, Serra, Fernandes & Associados; Vieira Fonseca & Associados; and Osvaldo Gomes & Associados, focusing on Administrative Law, Zoning & Land Use Planning, Real Estate, and Expropriation Law.
In 2006, he completed the curricular portion of his Master's Degree in Public Law at the Faculty of Law of Lisbon. Since then, he has completed several specialized courses at the Faculties of Law of Coimbra and Lisbon, and Minho School of Law, with a focus on Administrative Law, Zoning and Land Planning, and Administrative Litigation.
He has attended several courses in Real Estate Valuation, Management, and Investment. Since 2008, he has held various administrative roles in investment firms, real estate development, and property management companies.
